- OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES:
The PROVIDER undertakes to provide the BENEFICIARY with the best quality services, in accordance with its needs and interests, within the time limit requested by it or as soon as possible.
THE BENEFICIARY undertakes to make available to the PROVIDER the original documents and information necessary for the provision of the requested service, and also to pay the value of this service in accordance with the provisions of this contract. By his signature, the beneficiary confirms that he has paid the amount from the advance field.
2. PERSONAL DATA
I have been informed that SC INTELLIGENT LEARNING SRL processes personal data in accordance with the legal provisions regarding the processing of personal data, in order to provide contractual services. In order to facilitate these services, the data collected may be stored in a secure manner without the possibility of being used for any purpose other than that of processing for the purposes of the contractual services. I have the right to information, access and intervention on personal data including the right to object and other rights resulting from data protection legislation and may exercise them by a written request sent to SC INTELLIGENT LEARNING SRL, through the postal services or to the e-mail address. I can request at any time the modification or withdrawal of the agreement regarding the contact by INTELLIGENT LEARNING SRL for marketing purposes or the agreement regarding the electronic communication, by a request sent by e-mail – or by other electronic means provided by INTELLIGENT LEARNING SRL. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the lack of my consent for the processing of personal data for contractual purposes will make INTELLIGENT LEARNING SRL unable to offer me the services provided.
